If you don't know, know today that every December 9th is world's Anti-corruption day since the passage of the United Nations Convention Against Corruption on 31 October 2003.
Corruption as eaten deep into virtually everything in Nigeria. If you happen to live in Lagos today, you can testify to this experience am about to share: BRT bus touts have Swan to never have N10 change except you give them, conductors would never give you your change unless you ask for it.
You can't be in power unless you pay to be in power... when their is a heavy traffic and a personnel is on the road, all they do is clear the traffic for themselves and not solve the course to the traffic... all there corrupt acts.
School Group Photo.Headmaster to Photographer:N20 is too much. There are 2000 students, Charge Only N10 its sufficient!!
Headmaster To Teachers:"Please tell all the Kids to Bring N30 each - for their Group Photo tomorrow.
Teacher In Class to Kids:"Listen, all of you must Get N50 from home tomorrow for the photoshoot!!
Kids Discuss :these teachers are taking us for a ride, each photo is only N20. With the balance, they will order snacks & samosas & all have Party and we get nothing!! There is No Honesty Nowadays!!
At home-the Naughty Kid:Mom, The Teachers have asked Us to Get N100 each for the Group Class Photo!!
Mum:N100??!! This is Robbery !! Haba! Just Wait, I'll have To get it from Dad
Mom To Dad :Are You Listening? These school People have Gone Mad. They want N200 from each kid for the Group Photo! Ridicoulous!!
NOW where Will this Corruption End??Most institutions in Nigeria today act daily in corrupt practices... a typical example is the educational institutions i.e colleges or universities, guys have to pay heavily to pass courses or get Harassed by female Lecturers and same happen to the ladies, they pass courses by having sex with the male Lecturers or having to pay the female lecturers... an example below:
Say No To Corruption... Not in My Country!!.
